dc.description.abstract (摘要) | To effectively promote the development of national science and technology research, and evaluate the impact that emerging technologies on society culture and people`s livelihood by taking into account the economic and social factors, this study has conducted feasibility analysis on evaluation of impact of science and technology on Taiwan. It establishes the parameters for such evaluation including: emerging technology introduction, creative industrial upgrading, knowledge about science and technology related policies known by the public, and the degree of impact that emerging science and technology development could have. Research methods is to do cross match comparison with secondary data and open data acquired, combined with big data mining analysis, so as to offer reference for the future policy planning regarding science and technology. | |
