This health crisis has created new business prospects by hastening dig-ital disruption and technology integration in enterprises, particularly among Taiwanese SMEs. They`re seeking for ways to deploy creative solutions that will allow them to keep their busi-nesses running throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, this study contributes to a better knowledge of the possibilities and challenges that Taiwanese SMEs encountered during the pandemic, as well as how to incorporate technological solutions that help SMEs stay prof-itable throughout the crisis. This health crisis has created new business prospects by hastening dig-ital disruption and technology integration in enterprises, particularly among Taiwanese SMEs. They`re seeking for ways to deploy creative solutions that will allow them to keep their busi-nesses running throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, this study contributes to a better knowledge of the possibilities and challenges that Taiwanese SMEs encountered during the pandemic, as well as how to incorporate technological solutions that help SMEs stay prof-itable throughout the crisis.
