| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 衆所周知，日中關係經歷過風風雨雨、跌宕起伏。然而2019年6月，習近平上任國家主席以來首次訪問日本，日中關係已經回到「正常軌道」。可是，中國大陸的海警船以及海空軍在日本周邊活動，仍然沒有停止。
以對於如此看似矛盾的中國大陸態度的疑問為研究背景，本研究旨在回答「到底是什麼因素影響中國大陸的東海戰略？」此問題，以「中國大陸的海洋戰略」包括相關目標、論述及措施，與「中國大陸在東海的實踐」為主要對象，透過層次分析的「國家」層次觀察分析習近平時期的東海戰略。
本研究結果顯示，日中關係的變化所產生的影響不大，然而，中國大陸國際地位的變化以及隨其變化的安全方面的認知，影響其東海戰略。
本文主張，日中雙方需要持續溝通，避免雙方誤會導致意外事件，才能確保雙方的國家安全。與此同時，日本要充分利用雙方現有管道，扮演連結印太構想與中國大陸的角色，與整個印太區域國家團結一起來實現區域安全。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | As we all know, Japan-China relations have experienced ups and downs. However, in June 2019, Xi Jinping visited Japan for the first time since he became president, and Japan-China relations have returned to a "normal track". However, China Coast Guard`s vessels as well as naval and air forces have not stopped their activities around Japan.
Taking China`s contradictory policy towards Japan as the research background, this study aims to answer the question: "What factors influence China `s East China Sea strategy? " This question focuses on the "China`s maritime strategy," including related objectives, discourses and measures, as well as "China`s practices in the East China Sea," in order to observe and analyze the China `s East China Sea strategy during the Xi Jinping`s presidency from the perspectives of national and international systems.
The results of this study show that changes in Japan-China relations have had little impact; however, changes in the China `s international status and the accompanying changes in security perceptions have affected China`s East China Sea strategy.
This paper argues that Japan and China need to continue to communicate with each other to avoid misunderstandings that could lead to unexpected outcomes in order to ensure the national security of both sides.
At the same time, Japan should make full use of the existing channels between the two sides to play a role in integrating China into the Indo-Pacific concept, and unite with the entire Indo-Pacific region to achieve regional security and stability. | en_US |
