摘要 隨著時代的變遷、資訊的發達,網際網路以其便利性及廣泛性,逐漸成為人們生活中不可獲缺的一項工具。受限於儲存空間及傳輸速率,一般皆採用平面式的資料,或採模擬動態方式以供連結查詢,傳統這種方式不易讓人感受身入其境。此外,二維影像亦無法充分展現空間概念,本研究因此嘗試利用立體視覺方式以連結網路資料。本計畫利用數位影像配合攝影測量製作立體影像的技術,將研究區內預定連結之建物製成立體像對,產生從空中俯視或從地面正視之三維空間影像,以便於立體觀察量測,並連結研究區之屬性資料,以提供網路瀏覽,如此不僅可查詢地物之平面資訊,亦可即時求得其第三維-高度或深度之資訊;本研究亦探討立體視覺效果、三維資訊展現及其精度。研究結果可廣泛運用至其他層面,如:觀光導覽電子地圖,或政府機構等之服務導覽。
As time goes by, Information Technology is booming, the convenience and popularity of the Internet has become the most important tool in our daily lives. Previously, only 2-Dimensional or simulated objects were availaable to people. Thus, this lacks personal experienced. At the same time, users are loosing their interests in the 2-Dimensional display method due to the fact that it can`t very well express the concept of the space. Therefore, 3D stereoscopic vision is the up coming new trend. In this research, the digital images together with photogrammetry and stereoscopic vision techniques were applied to all the target architecture; stereopairs then are generated to create the images of 3D for stereoscopic viewing and measuring purposes. By connecting these 3D images with the attribute of target buildings and making it available to everyone for reference on the Internet. This outcome is also likely to be used in different arrangements of ideas, for instance, tour guide map, and even the governmental warfare service to the people, etc.; at the same time, more analysis on this research will take place to further determine it`s accuracy.
