dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究之目的旨在根據組織創新與學校創新經營的相關文獻與實證研究,探討其理論基礎、相關層面以及在國內學校實施之現況與問題,以供教育界參考。文中先探討組織創新與學校創新經營之意涵,接著敘述組織創新經營之基礎理論,其中包括組織創新理論、組織學習理論、與知識管理等。其次依據近年相關論文之因素分析,敘述學校創新經營之層面,計有行政管理創新、課程教學創新、外部關係創新、學生活動創新、校園環境創新五項。最後根據相關學校創新經營現況之論文,分析並整理學校創新經營與各變項之間之研究發現。 The major purpose of this article lies in exploring the concepts of organizational innovation and its application in elementary and secondary schools in Taiwan. The article first examines the definition of school innovation management followed by a discussion of the five dimensions of school innovation management including administrative operation, curriculum and instruction, exterior relationship, student activities, and campus environment. Finally, the findings of the relationships between school innovation management and demographic variables are summarized and analyzed based on the related researches conducted in recent years. | - |
