This business plan proposes an energy management system for quick-service restaurants (QSRs). This product utilizes data sharing and IoT technology to design the energy governance model. With this solution, customers can cope with energy challenges cohesively and proactively. In addition, this product brings the maintenance service together to support the customers` operational activities and asset management. As quick-service restaurants have more intensive energy needs than other restaurants or commercial properties, energy efficiency becomes increasingly critical due to the cost pressure from the energy challenges. Nowadays, there are more policies and regulations related to energy sustainability and environmental protection, and the public is gradually paying attention to this topic. This product will make it easier for customers to meet these demands from the government and the market. The product will be launched in the QSR market in Germany through the strategic partner. Ultimately, this company aims to make customers successful in every energy-related operational activity. Every penny they pay for energy can maximize profit. This product development will closely go hand in hand with the needs of franchisees and franchisers and link the people, process, technology, and partners together. Also, make full use of the standardized features of QSRs, and integrate data from all shops to expand the amount of data and analysis depth to provide customers with the benefits and efficiency of energy management.
