Mutual Recovery日期 2024 上傳時間 1-Jul-2024 13:22:16 (UTC+8) 摘要 本研究目的係瞭解在以優勢觀點為基礎之社會工作實施場域中,優勢社工與心智障礙者共同踏上雙向復元歷程之因素與意涵,以及以優勢觀點為服務理念的機構政策與文化對雙向復元之影響,進一步形成心智障礙領域中雙向復元之建議與策略。 本研究針對六位心智障礙領域中的優勢社工,以及接受優勢觀點服務的五位心智障礙者進行深度訪談,重現個人的生活及復元經驗,以及探討促進彼此雙向復元的成因與意涵。 本研究主要發現如下: 一、心智障礙者的復元意涵 (一)復元過程 1.障礙處理/負責任的態度:心智障礙者能與自身障礙共存,並主動照顧自身生理狀況。 2.重獲自主性:透過優勢觀點,心智障礙者逐漸掌握自我決定的能力。 (二)復元結果 1.社會功能/角色表現:心智障礙者能力提升,逐漸回饋社會和家庭,提升社會功能及家庭角色表現。 2.整體安康/生活滿意度:透過實踐自身主體性,心智障礙者生活滿意度提升。 3.助人意願及表現:心智障礙者願意分享自身能力,建立正向友誼關係。 4.自我效能提升:心智障礙者在生活中發掘並發展個人能力,提升自我效能。 二、心智障礙者的復元軌跡 心智障礙者在優勢社工的支持下,勇敢表達自身想法,逐步建立自我能力,克服社會風險和服務困境,踏上復元旅程。 三、社工的復元經驗 (一)工作方面的復元: 1.具體實踐優勢觀點:內化優勢理念,持續發掘心智障礙者的優勢,體會生命意義。 2.負責任的行動:對工作、服務對象和個人生活意義負責。 3.轉念並提升挫折容忍度:面對挑戰,轉念提升挫折容忍度,保持生活目標感。 (二)自我內在價值的復元 社工通過優勢觀點找到助人工作的意義,重拾工作的價值和人生意義,並療癒自身創傷,燃起助人工作的熱情。 四、 雙向復元之意涵與影響因素 (一)互相理解和支持:建立互相理解和支持的關係,促進共同復元和成長。 (二)類友誼的服務模式:使心智障礙者和社工之間關係更親密和平等,有助於彼此成長和復元。 (三)從服務中發掘自身想望:協助心智障礙者完成自身想望,增強自信心和幸福感,並讓社工感受到工作的正向影響。
The purpose of this study is to understand the factors and implications of mutual recovery between strength-based social workers and persons with intellectual disability within the context of social work based on the strengths perspective. It also examines the influence of institutional policies and cultures that adopt the strengths perspective on mutual recovery, aiming to formulate recommendations and strategies for mutual recovery in the field of mental disabilities. In this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with six strength-based social workers and five persons with intellectual disability who received strength-based services. These interviews aimed to recreate personal life and recovery experiences and explore the causes and implications of mutual recovery. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1.The Implications of Recovery for persons with intellectual disability Recovery Process: ●Management of disability/ Take responsibility: persons with intellectual disability can coexist with their disabilities and proactively take care of their physical conditions. ●Regaining Autonomy: Through the strengths perspective, persons with intellectual disability gradually gain the ability to make their own decisions. It also examines the influence of institutional policies and cultures that adopt the strengths perspective on mutual recovery, aiming to formulate recommendations and strategies for mutual recovery in the field of mental disabilities. In this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with six strength-based social workers and five persons with intellectual disability who received strength-based services. These interviews aimed to recreate personal life and recovery experiences and explore the causes and implications of mutual recovery. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1.The Implications of Recovery for persons with intellectual disability Recovery Process: ●Management of disability/ Take responsibility: persons with intellectual disability can coexist with their disabilities and proactively take care of their physical conditions. ●Regaining Autonomy: Through the strengths perspective, persons with intellectual disability gradually gain the ability to make their own decisions.
