| 摘要 | 台灣進入高齡化社會，在政府政策倡導預防醫學、精準醫學以及健保等公共政策的影響下，高階醫療影像設備需求旺盛是促使醫療設備租賃業蓬勃發展的主要因素之一。本研究旨聚焦探討個案公司在醫療設備租賃產業中位居的角色與挑戰。對台灣醫療設備租賃業各實務交易方面進行深入分析，揭示了其發展趨勢與影響因素，以及相關利害關係人的策略和挑戰。闡述了貿易型融資操作對醫療設備專屬經銷商的影響，與醫療院所醫療設備採購案件中的應用，有助於醫療設備品牌商及專屬經銷商擴大市場規模和提高經營效率。也針對醫療設備租賃業務展開全面性的評估和策略制定，著重於個案公司的經營模式分析及內外部環境的評估。透過PEST（政治、經濟、社會、技術）和五力分析，以及SWOT（優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅）交叉分析，深入探討了個案公司的內部優劣勢和外部機會與威脅之間的相互關係。本研究提出了一系列的結論與建議，有助於醫療租賃業者制定相對應的策略，充分利用外部機會並應對內部劣勢，以提高競爭力和獲利能力。 As Taiwan enters an aging society, the high demand for advanced medical imaging equipment, driven by government policies advocating preventive medicine, precision medicine, and healthcare, is one of the main factors promoting the vigorous development of the medical equipment leasing industry. This study focuses on exploring the role and challenges of a case company in the medical equipment leasing industry. It conducts an in-depth analysis of the practical transactions in Taiwan's medical equipment leasing industry, revealing its development trends and influencing factors, as well as the strategies and challenges faced by related stakeholders. The study elaborates on the impact of trade financing operations on exclusive distributors of medical equipment and the application of these operations in medical institutions' equipment procurement cases. This aids medical equipment brand owners and exclusive distributors in expanding market size and improving operational efficiency. The study also conducts a comprehensive evaluation and strategy formulation for the medical equipment leasing business, focusing on the analysis of the case company's business model and the assessment of internal and external environments. Through PEST (Political, Economic, Social, Technological) and Five Forces analysis, as well as SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) cross-analysis, the study explores the interplay between the internal strengths and weaknesses and the external opportunities and threats of the case company. This research proposes a series of conclusions and recommendations that help medical leasing companies formulate corresponding strategies, fully utilize external opportunities, and address internal weaknesses to enhance competitiveness and profitability. |
