PC industry日期 2024 上傳時間 4-九月-2024 14:10:12 (UTC+8) 摘要 隨著科技持續的進步,筆電產業不停地快速發展,近年來各家筆電品牌廠紛紛搭上 AI 浪潮並推出 AI PC,提供消費者 AI 結合筆電產品的體驗與服務。然而在競爭激烈且技術快速成長的筆電產業中,品牌廠該如何評選其零組件供應商,並根據評選結果優化其供應商組合,發展出對企業最有利的 採購策略,進而增強企業的競爭優勢,一直都是品牌廠需重視的一大課題。 本研究運用 AHP 層級分析法,建立筆電產業的供應商評選模式。透過供應商評選之文獻探討與專家訪談,統整出筆電品牌廠在評選供應商時需評估的四項準則,分別為企業、技術與品質、成本、供貨,以及其各項準則下一階之屬性。後續透過專家問卷調查,統整分析出各項準則與屬性之權重與排序,並將本研究所建立之供應商評選模式套用於個案公司,產生新的供應商排序,提供個案公司在採購策略上的建議。
As technology continues to advance, PC industry has been rapidly evolving. In recent years, many PC companies have embraced the AI trend by introducing AI PCs, offering consumers experiences and services that integrate PC products with AI technology. However, in the fiercely competitive and rapidly growing PC industry, how PC companies should select their suppliers, optimize their supplier portfolios based on the evaluation results, develop procurement strategies most beneficial to the enterprise, and thereby enhance their competitive advantages, has always been a major concern. This study utilizes the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to establish a supplier selection model for PC industry. Through literature review and expert interviews on supplier selection, four criteria that PC companies need to evaluate when selecting suppliers are identified: enterprise, technology and quality, cost, and supply. Attributes under each criterion are also defined. Subsequently, through an expert questionnaire survey, the weights and rankings of each criterion and attribute are analyzed and synthesized.
