摘要 本論文以花蓮縣玉里鎮 Sedeng 部落的農業家戶為例，從社會關係、經濟 活動，試圖以我群認同因素、價值觀念因素、社群關係因素、政策制度因素的 四種因素，來理解一個阿美族農戶在發展水稻品牌時，如何在當代找到自己的 優勢，又可以不斷讓資源進駐，進而重新反思原鄉地區的產業發展政策。本研 究以一對返鄉壯年夫婦為個案研究對象，首先回顧人、地、產業與案例背景,再 分成「以家戶為單位之建構期」、「部落、外部連結之擴張期」兩部分進行探 討,分析與討論該家戶如何建立在地模式，並與部落創建合作的關係，成功擴大 銷售網絡。整體而言，本研究探討經濟和社會之間的關係，並提供新的視野， 看待當代阿美族如何在市場經濟中找到生存之道，在建立商業模式的同時又能 兼顧文化發展。
This paper uses the agricultural households in the Sedeng village of Yuli Township, Hualien County, as a case study. By examining social relationships and economic activities, it attempts to understand how an Amis rice farmer develops a rice brand in the contemporary era by leveraging four factors: group identity factors, values and beliefs factors, community relationship factors, and policy and institutional factors. The study focuses on a couple of middle-aged returnees as case study subjects. It first reviews the background of the people, land, industry, and case. Then, it divides the discussion into two parts: "the construction phase at the household level" and "the expansion phase of the tribe and external connections," analyzing and discussing how the household established a local model and created cooperative relationships with the tribe to successfully expand its sales network. Overall, this study explores the relationship between economy and society, providing a new perspective on how contemporary Amis people find a way to survive in the market economy while developing a business model that also respects cultural development.
