dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究旨在探討大學生知覺親子溝通品質、生涯自我概念、生涯自我效能與生涯定向之間的相互關係。研究採用問卷調查法,針對臺灣的大學四年級學生進行調查研究,有效樣本為507份。研究發現性別在親子溝通品質、生涯自我概念、生涯自我效能和生涯定向等未呈現顯著差異,而打工經驗則在生涯自我概念、生涯自我效能和生涯定向等研究變項均呈現顯著差異,打工經驗愈多,生涯認知愈正向。父母的教育程度在主要變項上無明顯差異,父親職業類型在親子溝通品質以及生涯自我效能存在顯著差異,顯示父親職業背景對於子女生涯發展的重要影響。進一步的路徑分析顯示,親子溝通品質透過生涯自我概念和生涯自我效能的中介作用影響生涯定向。本研究強調親子溝通品質在大學生生涯發展中的重要性,並建議透過具體的實踐活動和生涯教育課程來增強大學生的自我認知和生涯規劃能力。 | |
dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This study aims to explore the interrelationships among university students’ perceptions of parent-child communication quality, career self-concept, career self-efficacy, and career orientation. A survey method was employed, targeting senior college students in Taiwan, with 507 valid samples collected. The study found no significant gender differences in parent-child communication quality, career self-concept, career self-efficacy, and career orientation. However, work experience showed significant differences in career self-concept, career self-efficacy, and career orientation variables, indicating a more positive career perception with increased work experience. The education level of parents did not show significant differences in the main variables, but the variable of father’s occupation exhibited d significant differences in both parent-child communication quality and career self-efficacy, highlighting the importance of the father’s occupational background on children’s career development. Further path analysis revealed that parent-child communication quality plays a role in shaping career orientation by mediating the effects of career self-concept and career self-efficacy. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of parent-child communication quality in college students’ career development and suggests enhancing students’ self-awareness and career planning abilities through specific practical activities and career education programs. | |
