SummaryGlobally, stunting is still a problem. Asia has 83.6 million stunted children, and South Asia has the most significant percentage (58.7%). Taiwan has a greater frequency of undernourishment than some developing countries, with 3.98%. Southeast Asian migrant workers are Taiwan's primary source of labor. In October 2022, 34% of Taiwan's immigrant workforce was from Indonesia. Migrant workers from Indonesia usually have difficulty accessing health services due to cultural and language barriers. This study aims to implement e-cards to detect stunting in children and educate mothers from Indonesia as migrant workers in Taiwan. The study location was in Yonghe, New Taipei City, Taiwan, in February 2024. A study uses a pre-experiment approach through a training strategy utilizing Kirkpatrick's training evaluation method; however, the evaluation level is limited to learning evaluation at level 2. The training process included screening for stunting and providing information for 42 migrant mothers in Taiwan using e-cards. However, only fifteen mothers of toddlers completed the questionnaire. The results demonstrated that migrant mothers' knowledge and attitudes toward stunting had increased, with p-values of 0.004 and 0.001, respectively. For migrant mothers in Taiwan, this study is beneficial in enhancing their knowledge and attitudes about health, particularly stunting.
