摘要 本文提出五種資訊科技構形,來描繪組織的資訊科技整體應用方式。採用個案研究方式,輔以使用者資訊滿意度問卷,對服務業進行組織構形與資訊科技構形之配合關係研究。研究結果發現五種典型的資訊科技構形的確可描述五種組織構形一般的資訊科技應用方式,五種組織構形與五種資訊科技構形間,有一對一同時存在的關係,且在此情形下使用者資訊滿意度是呈現正面的滿意。研究主要貢獻是將組織使用資訊科技類型的問題,以整體性「構形」的觀念來加以處理,進而提出應用在組織內的五種典型的資訊科技構形來與組織構形相配合。研究也建議資訊業實務界人士,在面臨各種截然不同構形的單一組織而欲將資訊科技建設在這些組織中時,可以本文之資訊科技構形、及其與組織構形之配合關係來當作一個清晰且具有整體性視野的建設藍圖。
This paper proposes five information technology (IT) configurations to describe the information management issues in organizations, Case research method and questionnaire were used to collect and study the fit between organizational configurations and IT configurations in the service industry. The findings indicate that the five IT configurations are related to the five organizational configurations. Under this one-to-one mapping relationship between IT configurations and organizational configurations, the user information satisfaction (UIS) is positive. The main contributions of this research are to describe how organizations deal with their IT management issues and to provide five organizational configurations corresponding to five IT configurations. This paper also suggests the idea of using the IT configurations and their corresponding organizational configurations as a blueprint to construct the information architectures in organizations.
