題名 優質學校行政管理對校長領導與學校經營的啟示

摘要 本文回顧學者專家之論述、國外相關案例以及臺北市優質學校之推動經驗,首先從臺北市優質學校行政管理四大指標:「知識管理指標」、「e化管理指標」、「品質管理指標」及「績效管理指標」之內涵進行論述,並加以統整歸納;其次,從知識管理指標對校長領導與學校經營的啟示、e化管理指標對校長領導與學校經營的啟示、品質管理指標對校長領導與學校經營的啟示、績效管理指標對校長領導與學校經營的啟示,進一步說明優質學校行政管理的指標,找出優質學校行政管理對校長領導與學校經營的啟示,作為校長經營優質學校之參考。綜合而言,校長如能掌握優質學校行政管理四大指標:知識管理、e化管理、品質管理及績效管理的內涵,進行規劃、執行、評估及省思,透過推動優質學校行政管理四大指標的具體實施策略,可協助學校發展出一套優質學校之經營系統知識,即學校行政管理以知識管理的觀念為主軸,以e化管理為工具,在流程中重視品質管理,對於結果重視績效管理,總體表現即是優質的學校。

描述 The Inspiration of Quality School for Principal Leadership and School Management: Based On the Dimension for administration management

     Abstract
     This article reviews the statement of the experts, the cases of overseas, and the experiences of the quality in Taipei city. First of all, we discuss the content of the indicators of evaluating the quality school: knowledge management indicators, e-management indicators, quality management indicators, and performance management indicators. Furthermore, we propose the inspiration of quality school for principal leadership and school management: based on the dimension for administration management which contains four indicators. We hope that this study could be the reference for quality school management. Sum up the discussion analysis result to the article. The principals handle these four indicators of quality school and they proceed to draw up, execute, evaluate, and reflect. In this way, it can help schools to develop systematic knowledge of quality school management. In other words, the school administration management takes the concept of knowledge management as a main axle, takes e-management as a tool, pays much attention to quality management in the process, and takes performance management regarding the result. The overall performance which is above mentioned is the high quality school.
