經驗傳承資訊網日期 2010-10-30 上傳時間 21-十二月-2010 18:18:25 (UTC+8) 摘要 本研究建置我國「師傅校長經驗傳承資訊網」(http://mentorprincipal.org),依據師傅校長經驗傳承的五大向度:瞭解學校、就任校長、推動校務、化解衝突及生涯發展,建構校長專業發展的系統知識,讓師傅校長的經驗及知識透過數位化,充分發揮教導及傳承功能,期望透過本網站,融合校長辦學的經驗、理解、內化、統整,幫助校長們在校務經營各方面更得心應手。 本研究進行師傅校長訪談與資料分析,再透過專家焦點座談,針對臺灣北、中、南、東四區共28位師傅校長經驗傳承之內涵,分析與統整焦點座談之內容、成果資料及影音檔案,建置本網站。 最後,提出對教育行政機關的建議:1.建立師傅校長制度,進行校長經驗傳承;2.整合師傅校長相關網站與資源,形成完整運作系統;3.規劃師傅校長遴選機制,提升師傅校長教導品質。對校長的建議:1.多方蒐集資料,深入瞭解學校;2.兼顧傳統更新,體察成員需求;3.參與專業社群,建立社會網絡;4.進行成果評鑑,延續課程時序。對未來研究的建議:1.擴大研究地區,增加研究對象;2.針對師傅校長制度進行深度的研究;3.發展師傅校長教導課程內涵與實踐。 關鍵詞:1.校長培育 2.師傅校長 3.經驗傳承資訊網 關聯 國立中正大學教育學院舉辦「 九十九年度國科會教育學門教育行政與政策、師資培育領域專題計畫成果發表會」論文集 (p.321~342) 。 描述 The Research of Establishing Mentor Principals’ Experience Inheritance Information Network of Principal Preparation in Taiwan Mu-Jin Chen, Professor Dean of CTLD & Researcher of Mind, Brain & Learning Center, NCCU Nien-Hsiang Yang, Doctoral Student Department of Education, National Chengchi University Chih- Shang Wang, Research Assistant Center for Teaching & Leaching Department, National Chengchi University Yi-Hsuan Kuan, Secretary Center for Teaching & Leaching Department, National Chengchi University Abstract The main purpose of this study was to establish mentor principals’ experience inheritance information website (http://mentorprincipal.org), and this study was based on the five dimensions: “Understanding”, “Designate”, “Motivation”, “Reconcile”, and “Career”. We construct a systematical knowledge about principal professional development, and fully spread mentor principals’ experience and knowledge in digital way. First, we interviewed mentor principals, and then analyzed the content of interview. Secondly, we invited 28 mentor principals in Northern Taiwan, Central Taiwan, Southern Taiwan, and Eastern Taiwan, and tried to collect material by focus group interview. We organized the interview content, information, and videos to establish mentor principals’ experience inheritance information website. According to the results of the study, we proposed that:1.To establish the system, and carry out the inheritance of principals’ experience. 2.To integrate the networks, and form complete operating system. 3.Plan the selection mechanism, and improve the quality of mentor principals teaching. 4.To collect multiple information, and understand schools in depth. 5.To give consideration to tradition and revolution, and understand the needs of teaching and administrative staff. 6.To join professional communities, and establish social networks. 7.To carry out achievement assessment, and continue the programs.
