dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 師徒關係中師父利他人格與知覺徒弟師父相似性對師徒功能之影響 本研究計畫欲探討師徒關係中,師父利他人格、知覺徒弟師父相似性以及此二 變項之交互作用,對徒弟師徒功能知覺的影響。本研究計畫預計收集300 份有效師徒 對偶資料,首先將以驗證性因素分析檢驗研究變項之構念效度(收斂效度與區辨效 度),之後再以多元迴歸分析進行假設檢驗。本研究最後將根據研究結果,討論研究限 制、管理意涵與理論貢獻。 | en_US |
dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The Relationships between Mentors’ Altruism, Perceived Mentor-Protégé Similarity and Mentoring Functions Subordinate Protégés Received This proposal will examine the mentor’ altruism, the perceived similarity of the mentoring dyad, and their interaction effect on mentoring functions subordinate protégés received. Survey packages will be distributed to mentoring dyads for data collection. It is expected that approximately 300 usable data will be collected. Results of hierarchical linear regression will be used to analyze proposed hypotheses. The study will discuss limitations, practical implications and potential theoretical on the basis of the study findings. | en_US |
