摘要 首先,本文歸納學者專家們對於「教學視導」的研究與看法,發展校長教學視導能力指標,發現「校長的教學視導」是一種在教學工作中,透過臨床視導、發展視導、學習者中心視導、同儕視導…等方式,增進教師教學效能與教師專業發展的核心工作,以追求最好的教學成效。其次,分析教學研究的相關文獻,並從:1.從教師效能看校長的教學視導;2.從卓越教學追求看校長的教學視導;3.從良師典範看校長的教學視導;4.從專業發展看校長的教學視導,等四方面來論述及探討校長之教學視導的核心任務。第三,分析本文對於校長教學視導核心任務之「教師效能」、「卓越教學追求」、「良師典範」及「專業發展」四個層面探討校長的教學視導之能力標。最後,根據這四個層分別發展與建構各層面適合做為校長教學視導的能力指標共計23項指標,做為校長之教學視導的核心任務推動,協助教師的教學效能與教育品質的全面提升的參考。
Firstly, this article summarized the research and views of scholars and experts for instructional supervision, and developed principals instructional supervision capacity indicators. We found that the "principal instructional supervision" is a pursuit of the best teaching effectiveness through clinical supervision and developmental supervision, supervision of learners Center and peer supervision to enhance teaching effectiveness and professional development of teachers. Secondly, we did analysis of the teaching and research of literature to discuss in four areas and to explore the core task of the principals instructional supervision. There are four areas: 1.The opinion of principals instructional supervision from the teacher effectiveness. 2.The opinion of principals instructional supervision from the pursuit of excellence in teaching. 3.The opinion of principals instructional supervision from the mentor model of good teacher. 4.The opinion of principals instructional supervision from the professional development. Thirdly, analysis in this article we developed “teacher effectiveness “, “pursuit of excellence in teaching “, “mentor model of good teacher “, “professional development “ four areas as the guide for core tasks of principals instructional supervision. Finally, according to the four areas of principals instructional supervision and constructed principals instructional supervision capability index of 23 indicators to promote the core mission of principals instructional supervision and assist teachers in teaching performance and raise the total quality of education.
