Jacob Huang, Teerasit Songtis and Eric Yang recognize this opportunity and have decided to go forward with their new company named 45-Minute All Men Weight Management & Strength Training Fitness House. The company will penetrate the market in the business of health and fitness, personal training and nutritional counseling. Jacob Huang, Teerasit Songtis and Eric Yang also recognize the opportunities for offering state of the art training programs with modern equipment, the latest fitness information and nutritional supplements as well as a courteous and knowledgeable staff of certified trainers. 45-Minute All Men Weight Management & Strength Training Fitness House will serve its areas of the fitness business working to make its operations more productive while at the same time controlling expenses. 45-Minute All Men Weight Management & Strength Training Fitness House will be located in Taipei area. This area is upscale and affluent and has a number of fitness clubs, but none that serve men only. Currently, there are over 2 million residents living in Taipei City area.1 This business plan will show the components that make up and accomplish this exciting business venture.
