摘要 2010年是校園創業競賽的關鍵轉型年,工銀在辦完第十屆WeWin競賽後,停辦競賽,轉型為創業私塾來經營社群;TiC100創新競賽將重心轉型為產學合作,由企業提出需要解決的問題,再由學生針對問題組成創業競賽團隊;國際青年創業領袖計劃則持續加強與校園的緊密合作開課,三大科技創業競賽的模式與理念正在演變中。 本研究採用個案研究方法,首先回顧台灣三大科技創業競賽的成果,追蹤實際創業的狀況。接著瞭解這三大競賽為何需要轉型以及轉型的邏輯,最後說明創業競賽的轉型對於後續學生創業以及台灣整體創業氛圍的影響。 研究成果在實務上可提供創業競賽主辦單位作為轉型策略的參考,並提供欲參與創業競賽的學生團隊瞭解各個競賽的特性,作為參與決策的依據。另外,在學術上,則可以提供創業競賽相關研究不同的視野,補充競賽規則以及流程等守門設計,對創業競賽的影響。
Research results in practice can provide entrepreneurship competitions organizers as a transition strategy, giving the students want to participate in entrepreneurial competition team understand the different characteristics of the race, as a basis for decision-making. Entrepreneurship competitions in 2010 is the key to transformation, 10th We Win is the last We Win competition; TiC 100 Innovation Competition ask some companies to address the issues raised, the students of the problem by the team composed of business competition; YEF has been to corporate closely with universities, the three entrepreneurship competitions is changing. This study used case research methods and designed to (1) Looking back at the results of three entrepreneurship competitions; track the status of the actual business (2) to understand why the three entrepreneurship competitions in transition and transition logic (3) those transitions how inf1uence students to start up and the impact of Taiwan`s overall entrepreneurship climate.
