dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 學校環境空間之營運,為影響學校發展的關鍵指標之一。近年來,我國教育主管機 關以計畫補助及表揚方式,致力推動改善校園環境空間之政策,期能促進學校領導者積 極朝學校經營永續化、組織氣氛活化,學生學習環境優質化等方向努力。學校領導者透 過規劃與運用學校設施,建構具影響力的校園環境,引領學校空間及教育革新之歷程, 即「空間領導」(space leadership)。 本研究旨在探討校長空間領導、教師組織承諾與學校效能的關係,以臺北市及新北 市公立國民小學為研究對象。依教育部100 學年度統計資料,研究母群共計350 所學校, 其中近三年(97-100 學年度)於校園環境營造相關評選活動(包括:「永續校園推廣計 畫」、「Innoschool 全國學校經營創新獎-校園環境美化組)」、「臺北市優質學校評選- 校園營造向度」、「活化校園閒置空間總體計畫」及「新北市卓越學校-環境營造向度」) 獲獎或受補助的學校共計65 所。基於研究目的,本研究採用分層隨機抽樣方法,依序 按照「學校轄屬」和「獲獎與否」,抽取1/3 比率共計117 所學校為研究樣本。本研究採 用問卷調查法和訪談法,以1170 位教師為問卷施測對象(每所學校包括教務主任、總 務主任、教學組長、訓育組長、3 名導師與3 名科任老師,共計10 名);以空間領導表 現卓越的校長為訪談對象,以獲得珍貴的第一手資料。 本研究擬運用描述性統計、相關分析、變異數分析和結構方程模型分析等統計分析 技術,來進行量化資料的分析,研究結果將有助於瞭解國民小學校長空間領導實施的現 況,以及校長空間領導對於教師組織承諾與學校效能的影響情形,俾供教育決策、校長 領導及未來研究方向之參考。 | en_US |
dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The campus management is one of the important keys for schools development. In recent years, education authorities work hard to improve school environment quality by promoting space policies, hoping to help school leaders to promoting a positive school management towards sustainable campus, organizational commitment activation, and high quality learning environment for students. Through the planning and use of school facilities, school leaders construct influential campus environment to guide the school space and the education innovation, namely “space leadership”. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among the principal’s space leadership, teacher’s organizational commitment and school effectiveness. The population of this study is 350 public elementary schools in Taipei City and New Taipei City, including 65 schools wan the prize or earned subsidy from the campus management contests in the last three years. 117 schools in the population were stratified chosen as samples. Questionnaires and interviews would be used in this study. 1170 teachers will be asked to complete the Principal’s Space Leadership Questionnaire, the Teacher Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and School Effectiveness Questionnaire. In order to get more valuable first-hand information, 6 outstanding principals will be interviewed to tell their own stories. A series of statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, and structural equation model, will be conducted to analyze the data collected. The results of this study will help to understand the status of implementation of the principal’s space leadership in elementary schools, as well as get more knowledge about the influence of the principal’s space leadership on the teacher’s organizational commitment and school effectiveness. Thus this study may supply the reference for decision-making on education, principal’s leadership in campus and future research in the relevant fields. | en_US |
