摘要 本研究旨在探討臺北市及新北市國民中小學創新經營學校空間領導方式實施之情形與差異。以臺北市及新北市國民中小學2006~2008年「InnoSchool全國學校經營創新獎」及永續校園、優質學校、校園活化等獲獎學校,計41校之教育人員為研究對象,發出問卷859份,回收有效問卷729份(佔84.87%),並進行統計分析。主要發現有:一、臺北市及新北市國民中小學創新經營學校六種空間領導方式之實施,整體平均達「高符合度」,符合度最高為「以空間規劃提升教育意境」;二、在環境變項上,臺北市高於新北市,國小高於國中,中規模高於小規模與大規模學校;三、最有效的空間領導方式前三種依序為「以空間規劃豐富學習資源」、「以空間規劃提升教育意境」及「以空間規劃引領教學創新」。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of the space leadership methods in innovative elementary schools and junior high schools of Taipei City and New Taipei City. A sample of 41 elementary schools and junior high schools was selected which were the winners of “InnoSchool National School Management Innovation Award”, “Sustainable School Award”, “Quality Schools Award”, and “Campus Activation Award” during 2006 to 2008 years in the two cities. A total of 859 faculties were surveyed, and 729 effective questionnaires (the return rate of 84.87%) were conducted with statistical analysis. Conclusions were summarized as follows: (1) The innovative elementary schools and junior high schools in Taipei city and New Taipei city, the overall average implementation of six space leadership methods reached the “high degree of conformity”. The top one methods was “school space planning to enhance education ideal condition”. (2) In environmental variables, the “Taipei city” was higher than “New Taipei city”, “elementary” was higher than “junior high”, and the “middle size school” was higher than “small school” and “large school” in the implementation difference of space leadership. (3) The most effective method of space leadership was “school space planning to enrich the learning resources”, followed by “school space planning to enhance education ideal condition”, and the third for the “school space planning to lead the teaching innovation”.
