dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 臺灣教育改革自1994年開始,至今已達20年。本文將由教改的實際運作切入,分析相關數據與官方資料,初步檢視20年以來教改的成效,並歸結導致教育改革不如預期的整體原因,以期待未來之調整與改進。依據分析,教改20年雖在放鬆管制部分有一定之作為,但在達成降低學生升學壓力、提升教育品質與增加國家長遠競爭力等目標成效上,卻不如預期。分析歸納,可導因於政策偏向少數人決定、意識型態掌控教育改革、缺乏全盤考量等原因。 | - |
dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The main purpose of this paper is to examine the outcomes of the educational reforms in Taiwan for the last two decades. Related studies and statistical data were analyzed to investigate the causes of the unexpected upshots of the reforms. Additionally, this paper highlights several conceivable controversial issues emerged from the implementation of the new policies of the educational reforms since 1994. It is suggested that strategic and technical changes should be made to strengthen the applicability of the new educational policies in the coming years. | - |
