dc.description.abstract	文武道衰，儒術見絀。荀子隆禮勸學，定人分以節欲，為文以飾情，使人群居和一而勝物，蓋「禮者，人道之極也」（苟子禮論篇）。茲篇概述荀子禮學對後世之影響──荀子生當戰國競尚功利之世，故於禮，辨之綦嚴，論之特詳。茲分三節論述──第一節「崇禮」衍為「尚法」。第二節對漢儒之影響。第三節對宋儒之影響。雖然「禮」固有因應損益、時代如是、時勢使然者，然亦自有其影響矣！
