dc.description.abstract	明道的哲學以「道」為中心。道為無聲臭，無形象，無終始，無所待之實有。它創生萬物，內在於萬物之中，並且繼續不斷地推動萬物，使其生生不已。道落實於人物之中，而為人物之性。人與物之性相同，其不同是由於氣稟之清濁。人性之中，除了氣稟，還有仁義禮智等道德原理，稱為天理。天理之中，又以仁為最根本，最重要。仁包含萬物一體之自覺，義禮智信都是仁。另一個重要概念為中庸。仁與中皆為道之展現。其修養方法為誠與敬。誠與敬互相為用，相輔相成。明道之學實可「一以貫之」。	-
