dc.description.abstract本研究利用向量自我迴歸模式(VAR)來探討住宅價格與總體經濟變數關係,以期建立住宅價格變動的預警制度。經由實證結果顯示,可由經濟面的訊息找到住宅價格變動的答案,使住宅價格在尚未變動前,即以掌握資訊,提前做好穩定住宅價格的因應對策,使投機者因無利可圖而退出住宅市場,而一般民眾能依其所需而購屋。
