摘要: 本研究利用2005年至2017年台灣上市櫃廠商資料,探討廠商的員工流動與其他因素對出口比例的影響。研究結果顯示,廠商員工流動率對出口有負向的顯著效果,但是隨著年份及產業別受到控制,有不同的結果:控制年份的迴歸結果,員工流動率對出口比例維持負向的顯著效果,顯示員工流動率愈高,廠商出口比率愈低的情形,受到某些年份重大事件或外在經濟環境的影響程度較低;控制產業別的迴歸結果,兩者則呈現不顯著的負向關係,顯示員工流動率對出口比例呈現負向關係的原因為不同產業間的差異所致。\n本研究結果呼應了Davidson and Matusz(2010)研究的理論認為廠商因為了達到抑制員工流動率,可能增加薪資補貼,卻也同時提高了生產成本,進而失去出口的競爭優勢。
