dc.description.abstract根據Gartner預測,到2020年時將有250億個裝置連網,每年帶來2.9兆美元的 市場,而在服務建置方面,與物聯網有關的產品與服務供應商將創造出超過 3,000億美元的邊際收益。隨著未來5G佈局與物聯網蓬勃興起,物聯網技術已成 為傳統產業數位轉型的關鍵。\n然而如今物聯網尚未被廣泛應用的原因可以依據四個構面探討,分別為物 聯網平台、網路連接、商業模式與殺手級應用(Killer Application)。針對物聯 網平台,其設計過程將牽涉使用者介面(User Interface,UI)與使用者經驗 (User Experience,UX)的設計,而透過物聯網蒐集到的數據該如何呈現與分 析,也是物聯網平台設計的關鍵。\n本研究在廣泛的物聯網應用中選定時下政府與民間皆積極在解決交通議題 有關的車輛租賃業為研究場域,欲以使用者為中心的角度探討如何設計物聯網 平台介面,最後透過實際案例研究、設計與測試,提出針對物聯網平台介面的 設計準則。zh_TW
