以《外交部檔案》探究冷戰時期的體育外交：外派教練的形成（1971-1987）

Abstract

事件將隨著歷史的滾動會被逐件逐筆的記錄下來，而檔案紀錄的留存具有傳承歷史與生活的重要性，其價值皆反應在真實性與應用性。本研究以中華民國國家歷史檔案館（國史館）所庋藏的《外交部檔案》為基礎，初步探究體育運動史學界尚少關注的案例，例如：二戰後我退出聯合國「體育運動以何種型態與國際連結」以及在與國際斷聯後我「外派運動教練」是如何形成？其結果：1967年由外交部與教育部共同研擬派出橄欖球、籃球、國術、足球、桌球等體育運動項目分別以互訪、參賽及外派的方式與國際進行連結。另，我外派教練的形成應該是我國排球項目在中南美洲等國家邀請賽的過程中表現斐然，故，成就了籃球、體操、柔道、桌球等運動項目相繼被聘請至中南美各國擔任教練乙職。

Events will be recorded one by one as the history rolls, and the preservation of archival records has the importance of inheriting history and life, and its value is reflected in its authenticity and applicability. Based on the Archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held by the National Historical Archives of the Republic of China (National Historical Archives), this study preliminarily explores cases that have not been paid much attention to by sports historians. ＂Form and International Connections＂ and how did my ＂Expatriate Sports Coach＂ form after I was cut off from the International ? The result: In 1967, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education jointly developed and dispatched sports such as rugby, basketball, martial arts, football, and table tennis. Sports events are connected with the international community in the form of mutual visits, competitions and assignments. In addition, the formation of my expatriate coaches should be due to the outstanding performance of my country`s volleyball events in the invitational competitions in Central and South America and other countries. Therefore, basketball, gymnastics, judo, billiards and other sports projects have been hired to Central and South American countries as coach.
