| Abstract: | 北大西洋公約組織（North Atlantic Treaty Organization 簡稱 NATO）的誕生，正值戴高樂(Charles de Gaulle, 1890-1970)歸隱山林期間。等到一九五八年阿爾及利亞事件導致他東山再起之時，北約組織已有九歲之齡。儘管該組織對西歐經濟的復甦和赤禍蔓延的扼止有不可磨滅的貢獻，戴高樂在重掌法國大權之後，還是不斷杯葛它，甚至造成法國與它幾乎完全脫離關係。戴高樂為何要這樣做，於是就成為我們想進一步加以探討的重點。 |
