| dc.description.abstract | 我國憲法第七十八條規定司法院解釋憲法、統一解釋法律及命令。第七十九條則規定設大法官以掌理司法院此項職權。雖然我們可以說只要是適用憲法者，都在解釋憲法，但大法官會議既經憲法授以解釋權，則大法官才是最後的解釋者。對這些解釋者；我們應有相當的了解。本文擬就我國大法官產生之程序及其背景，分別予以討論。希望經由對其任命過程及個人背景之了解，能對大法官會議這一憲政制度之功能，窺知一二。 | - |
