| dc.description | 在市場供需及勞動彈性化等因素的影響下，「派遣勞動」的發展已經成為一 個趨勢。根據研究顯示，無論對於個別或集體勞資關係，「派遣勞動」都或多或 少會產生一定的影響。因此，如何因應「派遣勞動」的發展已經成為許多國家勞 動政策制定的重要議題。尤其在國際勞工組織於一九九七年通過所謂「私立就業 機構公約」（Convention Concerning Private Employment Agencies，No. 181）之後， 「派遣勞動」對於勞資關係和勞動政策影響之研究必然會更加獲得重視。因此， 在台灣，儘管「派遣勞動」的發展方興未艾，對於「派遣勞動」發展及其影響的 研究有其必要與重要性。然而，根據目前國內有關「派遣勞動」的研究發現，似 乎「派遣勞工」對「派遣機構」與「要派企業」存在著僱主認同的問題。據此， 本研究將透過實證研究，對「派遣勞工」進行組織承諾的調查分析。以進一步瞭 解其對於勞資關係發展的影響和做為勞動政策研議的參考。 言而總之，本研究的主要目的有以下三項： 第一、瞭解「派遣勞工」對「派遣機構」或「要派企業」存在著僱主認同的情形？ 第二、瞭解「派遣勞工」對「派遣機構」或「要派企業」或兩者具有組織承諾？ 第三、藉由以上的探討，進一步瞭解「派遣勞動」對於勞資關係發展的影響為何， 並對政府提出有關的政策與策略規劃的建議。 | - |
