dc.description.abstract	中共於2006 年9 月至2007 年6 月進行的省級黨委換屆，以63 歲為正職提名界限，以避免甫換屆即因到達退休年齡，須再次調整人事。歷經兩年餘人事相對平穩期後，中共在2009 年11 月至2010 年1 月啟動「十七大」中央黨政領導換屆，首波省級黨政一把手集中調整，並於近期4 至12 月間再次進行地方黨政主要領導更替，由於部分調整已有為明年起的省級黨委及2012 年「十八大」換屆預先部署跡象，相關發展值予密切觀察。
