dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate ICT impacts on BPR. By comparing the data in the United and Chile, it is found that ICT adoption affects BPR, and, BPR influences business performance. There are differences of ICT adoption impacts on BPR and differences of BPR influences on the profit among countries. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
