dc.description.abstract	在研究中國對外關係時，通常將焦點聚集在中國與其他大國之關係，如中美關係、中日關係、中俄關係。或者將視角轉向中國與東南亞各國的關係，甚至是地理位置更遠的中國在非洲的外交關係。然而對中國北方的國家蒙古卻鮮少論述，雖然蒙古國人口總數不足三百萬人，但蒙古是中國鄰國邊界線最長的國家，兩國邊界線約有四千六百公里，實在有必要理解蒙中關係之必要，這也構成本論文的寫作動機之一。想在中文學界中找到蒙中關係的論述其實不難，但這類文章通常年代有些久遠，不論台灣或中國的文章易受當下時空背景的侷限，因此論述較為單一，因此本論文試圖從蒙古的角度看待蒙中關係，並以蒙古國際事務期刊作為研究文本，從中擷取出蒙古對中國的看法以及蒙古對中國的外交策略淺析。\n\n 除了上述動機外，蒙中關係在若干方面也有值得台灣借鏡的地方，蒙古在國土面積上是大國，但在人口及經濟方面卻是小國，小國如何在中、俄兩大國間求生存，是蒙古自冷戰結束以來對外關係重要策略。與中、俄均保持友善的「等距外交」，以及嘗試降低中、俄帶給蒙古影響的「第三鄰政策」，上述兩項策略即是蒙古這二十餘年來的主要外交方針，而兩政策會在不同的時空背景因素下，其重要順序也會有所改變，大致上而言「等距外交」的重要性較「第三鄰政策」重要，而兩者關係並非零和，他們在蒙古外交政策中僅是成分多寡之差別。與台灣相似的是，我們均在面對中國崛起後的東亞國際體系，然而台灣幸運的是與蒙古相比經濟上相對較不過度依賴單一國家。	zh_TW
