Abstract: 一般而言,偏鄉學校教育困境大致有:(一)學校地理及環境限制;(二)教師流動率高且專業師資缺乏;(三)學生學習動機薄弱、學習成就表現不佳;(四)課程與教學規劃不完善;(五)家庭功能失調;(六)社區資源整合欠佳。 社會逐漸重視教育機會均等與弱勢扶助之下,偏鄉教育也受到關切,政府也陸續展開一連串提振的積極作為,教育部將104年訂為「教育創新行動年」,並配合提振偏鄉教育,啟動「偏鄉教育創新發展方案」,計畫中指出未來偏鄉教育政策規劃必須納入新元素,包括結合大學團隊、社會企業、青年與志工資源力量等,希望發展偏鄉教育亮點,促進偏鄉教育創新,提昇學生基本學力,開展學生多元智慧,強化國際視野與傳承在地文化。Generally speaking, the predicaments of rural schools are perhaps as follows:(a) the constraints of school location and environment;(b)the high teachers turnover and the lack of professional teachers;(c)weak learning motivation and poor academic performance for students;(d)imperfect curriculum and teaching;(e) poor family function;(c)bad integration of community resources.
