dc.description.abstract圖書館從事資訊服務工作,慣被讀者看作媒體的供應者,但從反面省思,圖書館館藏發展、館舍建築、配備購置亦是企業消費活動的一環,本此,圖書館則又為資訊與資源的需求者,本文作者即嘗試從消費者主權的觀點來探討館務經營有關的問題,盼業者同道能建立消費群體意識,使圖書館運作轉弱為強。
