dc.description.abstract | 本研究主要在瞭解北區大學圖書館參考館員接受參考訓練、及其工作內容情形,藉此探討北區大學圖書館參考館員對在職訓練課程內容的需求。文中採用文獻探討及實際訪談調查法,加以分析瞭解。調查結果顯示32位參考館員中,98%的館員表示接任參考工作之前,並未有任何職前訓練的提供;常常接受的訓練方式,則以中國圖書館學會辦的研討會及教育部電算中心舉辦的學術網路課程為主要活動;對於在職訓練課程內容的需求,則以學科背景的加強、電腦概論的訓練、網絡管理規劃及操作訓練、和新科技在圖書館的發展與應用等,為極須迫切加強的部份。 | |
dc.description.abstract | Some problems are disscussed in this research: the current status of reference librarians taking in-service training; the current working status of reference librarians; the need for reference librarians take in-service training program at University libraries in the northern part of Taiwan. Research results enable a library to realize what the need for reference librarians take in-service training program is. Lastly, the puropse of this research is to survey and analyze the need for reference librarians take in-servicing training program at the north University libraries in Taiwan. | |
