中文檔案名稱權威檔之實作-以戰後台灣經濟發展相關人物及機關為例

Abstract

本文係中文檔案名稱權威檔實作之經驗，主要亦戰後臺灣經濟發展相關的人物與機關作為檔案名稱權威檔實作之對象。檔案描述與權威檔兩者之間息息相關，如係機關產生者，其機關的行政歷史註與檔案描述有密不可分的關係，如係個人的產生者，則傳記歷史註與檔案描述有密切的關連。傳記歷史註是描述個人的相關資訊，與人名權威檔關係密切。本為以ISAAR(CPF)為著錄的格式，並舉李國鼎先生為例，詳述個人權威檔所需的相關資訊。機關的行政歷史註與團體權威檔有密切關係，依據ISAAR(CPF)標準，並以行政院美援運用委員會為例，詳舉該機關的名稱權威檔所需的資訊。

Using an individual and an institute as s point of departure, this paper describes relevant information needed in establishing archival authority file for the economic development in post-war Taiwan. Archival description is closely related to historical context: for an institute, the administration history note in essential; for an individual, the biographical note is required. ISAAR (CPF) is adopted in this paper to create an authority file. Mr. K. T. Lee and the Council for United States Aid are chosen to delineate information needed in creating archives.
