dc.description.abstract微型企業乃當前國際間所津津樂道的議題,不僅諸多國外文獻指出,其對於就業促進具有正面效益,在美國更將微型企業視為受僱勞工的另一種就業選擇;此外,根據我國的相關研究報告顯示,微型企業對我國總體經濟發展確實扮演著舉足輕重的角色,於吸納我國勞動人口更是功不可沒。故有鑑於此,近年來面臨產業結構失調、失業率攀升的臺灣,微型企業的成長速度呈上升之趨勢,統籌勞動政策的行政院勞工委員會亦加入協助微型創業的原素,採取更為積極的態度,鼓勵並輔導失業勞工重返就業市場。\r\n本研究針對我國五個成功創立,且截至目前為止仍穩健經營並持續成長的微型企業為主要研究對象,再佐以具有五年以上之相關輔導資歷人員的經驗,以及研究報告中指出我國微型企業現於發展上所遭遇之困境,與其所需輔導和協助的項目,藉由掌握微型企業主的成功關鍵及問題瓶頸,予以檢視我國政府目前所研擬、推行之輔導與服務方案,能否迎合微型企業之需要,並挽救我國現正面臨的失業危機。\r\n綜合文獻探討與深度訪談的分析與探究後,具有負擔家庭經濟壓力的強烈創業動機,與富含創意、處事積極等人格特質,以及運用靈活的創新能力進行產品開發、區位選擇、行銷宣傳、加盟策略等,乃本研究所選個案得以成功的關鍵要素,亦與我國微型企業現所面對的困境,及所欲獲得的輔導項目不謀而合。故相關輔導機構於挑選所欲協助者時,首先應依成功創業者為參考依據,設計出縝密的篩選與評估機制,以幫助適合創業的人為第一優先,接著針對不合時宜的法規進行修正,並建構健全的輔導體系,施予財務貸款、資訊提供、諮詢服務等層面的協助,以達致增加微型企業之創立的成功機率與存活率,進而使其發揮就業促進之目的。zh_TW
