dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is to develop a conceptual framework of intercultural relationships in a general and intercultural organization-public relationship, particularly from a Chinese perspective. The discussion is divided into three aspects: (1) a comparison of the Chinese and Western views of the concepts of relationships, guanxi, and organization-public relationship, (2) reviews of existing literature focus on the theory of Chinese Relationalism and the challenges facing Chinese Relationalism, and (3) provision of suggestions for future research directions.-
