dc.description.abstract | 本文利用遺傳規畫(Genetic Programming)作為有限理性模型(models of boundedrationality)的建構基礎來研究多元均衡(multiple equilibria)下均衡篩選(equilibrium selection)的問題。我們將以Van Huyck, Cook and Battalio (1994)作為研究對象。Van Huyck, Cook and Battalio (1994)探討的是一個整合性賽局(coordinationgame)。在這個整合性賽局中存在著多元均衡,若是將有限理性分析納入,則非但多元均衡的數目不會減少,反而可能隨著有限理性模型的多樣化而增加。在代表性個人(representative agent)假設的模型下,Van Huyck等探討了兩種不同的學習動態(learning dynamics),一種可以使賽局的結果收斂至靜態均衡(固定點均衡),而另外一種則可以使賽局發展出奇異點(strange attractors)均衡。由於先驗的理論無法告訴我們該選擇何種適應行為,所以我們也無法進一步來對均衡進行篩選。於是Van Huyck, Cookand Battalio (1994)利用晚近盛行的實驗經濟學的方法來解決均衡選擇的問題。他們發現在實驗經濟學的架構下,奇異點均衡並未出現,所有的結果都指向域內定點(interiorfixed-point)均衡。Van Huyck等也指出要對這種現象進行更貼切的分析,最好使用異質決策者(多元決策者)的調適行為模型。但是,他們認為這是一項艱鉅的工作(a dauntingtask)。本文利用遺傳規畫作為多元決策者的調適行為模型。我們發現由遺傳規畫所發動的學習動態,在均衡的選擇及其所呈現的動態過程方面都與Van Huyck等所得到的實驗結果非常相近。因此遺傳規畫在未來研究中,應可以被考慮成用來做均衡篩選的分析工具。 | - |
