| dc.description.abstract | 2009年12月5日，台灣縣市長、縣市議員及鄉鎮市長選舉，這是民進黨失去執政權後，馬英九政府上任以來第一次全國性的選舉，類似美國的期中選舉，即對總統的信任投票，以及對執政黨施政成績的評估性投票。從政黨得票率百分比上來看，再配合席次數，充其量國民黨是「小挫」，而非「大敗」，民進黨算是「小贏」。但此次選舉普遍上仍被認為是國民黨較大的挫敗，馬英九個人的支持度下降，政府施政不彰的反應。國民黨候選人在該大贏的地方，卻僅僅小贏，一般認為這是中間選民及中間偏藍選民對國民黨及馬英九的冷漠，以及部分深藍選民對馬及其政府施政不佳的反感，而以不出來投票作為對馬及其團隊的「教訓」或「警告」。因此，明年的五大都會區，即直轄市的選舉，國民黨將有一場硬戰。 | en_US |
