dc.description.abstract台灣生技製藥業近年開始重視海外市場的開拓,雖然過往關於國際化策略的相關研究眾多,卻鮮少將焦點關注在生技製藥業,因而觸發本研究之動機。主要的研究問題包括:1. 廠商的國際市場進入策略為何?2. 影響台灣生技製藥的國際市\n場進入策略之主要因素為何?3. 台灣生技製藥在進入國際市場後,新的資源能力的建立為何?\n本研究所得的結論如下:\n1. 本土生技製藥廠商,開始進入國際市場動機為台灣市場規模小,而國內實施健保與藥價調整卻是廠商積極佈局海外市場的催化劑。此外,選擇目標市場的考量因素主要有地主國的市場規模、潛力、法規、文化背景。其中在藥品市場,地主國法規會影響國際化初期的廠商拓展國家之選擇。\n2. 本土生技製藥廠商海外市場進入模式的考量因素主要有地主國的市場規模、潛力、法規與文化背景。\n3. 本土生技製藥廠商在藥品選擇上會考量市場規模、潛力、競爭等因素,在不同地區而有不同策略邏輯。\n4. 本土生技製藥廠商現階段的市場開拓策略為:深耕亞洲市場,再逐步拓展歐美市場。\n5. 本土生技製藥廠商會依據本身的資源能力,做適當資源能力的建構或延伸,主要著重在業務運作能力的提升。zh_TW
