We propose a customer-driven SMEs co-operation conceptual model that identifies the relationships among SMEs, customers and co-operation performance according to SDL. We also propose a set of SMEs co-operation performance evaluation criteria within SDL. A case scenario is then used to demonstrate the contributions of the model.
