| dc.description.abstract | 通過對臺北市24名公辦、民辦幼兒園園長的訪談發現,公辦、民辦幼兒園園長認為園長應具備的領導知能包含行政事務、對內關系、對外關系、組織文化與愿景、專業成長等五大方面,而他們面臨的領導困境則可分為制度、教師專業成長、壓力等三大層面。此外,研究發現,被訪者認為園長應具備的領導知能與園長面臨的領導困境間存在微妙的交互關系。依據這一研究結果,研究者針對園長領導角色與任用制度等提出了一些建議,供相關單位和個人參考。 | |
