| dc.description.abstract | 在傳統社會規範的影響下，育兒任務仍多歸責於女性，即使現代婦女勞動參與率逐年增加，男性申請育嬰留職停薪者之比例仍相當低，足顯我國育嬰留職停薪政策實施至今，仍無法有效達到實質性別平權之理想。\n 本研究採取深度訪談法，訪談9位有申請育嬰留職停薪經驗之男性與6位符合申請育嬰留職停薪資格卻未申請之男性，透過其親身經歷與心得，發現男性申請育嬰留職停薪動機通常不係僅為育兒而申請，還包含多項其他目的，而傳統性別刻板印象造成男性申請育嬰留職停薪者在申請期間較易遭他人誤解與質疑，惟男性一旦決定要申請育嬰留職停薪，較不會受他人影響而改變決定，另本研究發現部分男性將申請育嬰留職停薪視為離職前的保留退路，但也有受訪者因育嬰留職停薪期間增加家庭認同感，返回職場後自發性減少加班，即使工作評價因此受到負面影響也在所不惜。\n 本研究據受訪者對於育嬰留職停薪制度的建議，檢視目前育嬰留職停薪制度之問題，認為我國制度目前尚有可改善空間，如：整合在職訓練措施、協助中小企業與部分行業別調度人力、普設品質優良公托措施、落實托育評鑑制度、放寬申請育嬰留職停薪限制條件以及效法瑞典「父親月」的實施等措施。\n\n【關鍵字】父職、育嬰留職停薪、育嬰留職停薪津貼、性別刻板印象 | zh_TW |
