他山之石，可以攻錯：美國楊百翰大學圖書館特色簡介

Abstract

本人很幸運地於民國七十九年，獲選為政大與猶他州楊百翰大學間的交換學生，赴美進修一年。該校為一摩門教創立的私立教會學校，校規嚴格，校風純樸，實為人間一處淨土。那一年中，最讓筆者懷念與不捨離去的，便是他們設備與管理完善的圖書館。所謂他山之石，可以攻錯，僅將筆者所知該校圖書館，值得吾人學習與借鏡之處，與大家分享。

Fortunately, I have been selected as an exchange student between National Cheng-Chi University and Brigham Young University, Utah, USA, in 1990, and attended BYU to study for one year. BYU is Mormon university, has very severe school disciplines and simple tradition, really is a pure land in the world of mortals. During the one year in Byu, it is the Byu Library where let me remember mostly and hard to part with has the very good equipment and nice management. It is called "another`s good quality, or suggestion, whereby one can remedy one`s own defects", now, I would glad to write and share what I know about BYU Library which is very valuable for us to learn and imitate.
