題名 企業特質與經營理念之形成

摘要 本研究係探討台灣企業界經管理念之一般性構面，以及企業特質與經營理念之關係。由文獻中歸納經營理念之構面與衡量方法，並篩選影響經營理念之關鍵性變數，建構經營理念之形成的觀念架構，針對台灣、與美、日外資企業進行比較分析。以郵寄問卷的方式蒐集資料，並採因素分析萃取經營理念構面，再以正典相關分析探索企業特質與經營理念之關聯。得出以下結論：
