題名 特許加盟體系管理與控制之研究

摘要 零售服務業的連鎖經營,其基本原因是追求規模經濟的利益。一般來說,加盟的型態較直營有潛在利益,因為資金負擔較輕,且擴張速度較快。國內的加盟體系以批發整合的自願加盟體系不多,而以特許加盟為多;特許加盟的授權者,對加盟者的管理與控制方式通常兼具了「產品--商標特許權」和「企業經營模式特許權」的特性,各體系有不同程度的控制水準。管理與控制在連鎖加盟經營非常重要,因為一致的營運是連鎖體系成功的基礎,特許加盟體系中控制問題影響成敗甚大。
