摘要 創業投資公司的功能在於結合資金、管理、技術及市場等人才，專業投資於具高度發展潛力的新事案。一般而言，創業投資公司的人員編制都不大(平均員工數為十人左右) ，而執行投資專案的程序(包括匯集資金、取得投資案、結合管理、
